If you need any help with your Buckinghamshire LGPS pension, contact the Pensions and Investments Team in one of the following ways.

Use the ‘contact us’ tool in My Pension Online
Contacting us via My Pension Online is safe and secure, and we will already have your information such as your National Insurance number, which will help us quickly locate your account.

Please ensure you include your full name and National Insurance number so that we can find your pension record.
If you forget to include these things, we will need to email you back to ask you for them which will delay your request.

We have a dedicated member helpline with trained Member Liaison Officers ready to assist you with your query.
Please ensure you have your National Insurance number to hand so that we can pass you through security.

Make sure to only send copies of your documents and not originals as we are unable to return documents you send to us.
The safest and fastest way to send us your documents is by uploading them to your 'my pension online' account.
One-to-one appointments
For more in-depth queries, you may wish to arrange a one to one appointment with a pensions officer at a time that is convenient to you.
We can deliver one to one appointments via the telephone or via a Microsoft Teams meeting.
Complaints
If you have a problem with your pension benefits, contact us in the first instance. We will always do our best to resolve it informally.
